Request deletion of your Gibble account and all associated data
Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Gibble app:
- Open the Gibble app and sign in
- Go to your Profile
- Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm
Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at:
Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your username (if known)
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (display name, username, avatar)
- All quiz history and learning progress
- Streak history and achievements
- Fish currency balance and transaction history
- Friend connections and social data
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, streaks, and earned rewards will be lost forever.
